If "the ballpark price" sounds good to you one of THE STEP GUYS will come to your home for a "site evaluation" and provide you with the "free estimate". We don't expect anyone to buy our steps over the phone or on the internet. In our "site evaluation" we confirm the size step you have told us you believe you need and we look at the access onto your property for our delivery vehicle. We measure and take responsibilty that the right size step gets ordered. We will finalize your price as we review step styles, railings, installation options , and old step removal with you. We offer our "free estimate" in good faith that after you have the "ballpark price" and it is confirmed by a "site evaluation" you probably can't wait to order one of our steps.
